ABF Fitness works with a range of experts to offer a holistic health & wellbeing service for all their clients’ needs.
Originally from Germany but a resident of West London for the last 20 years, Anja has run ABF Fitness since September 2017. Since then, she has led close to 2000 bootcamps and provided personal training services to hundreds more clients.
Anja is passionate about the transformational impact that a proactive approach to exercise and nutrition can have on people’s lives.
She has a Level 3 qualification in personal training, as well as additional qualifications in perimenopause and menopause fitness. She is also specially qualified to offer pre- and post-natal training to expectant & new mothers & to train under-16s.
Anja was inspired to become a personal trainer after making the decision to get fit and take control of her diet while trying to conceive. Discovering that she had PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), a condition affects hormone levels, was the catalyst for her embarking on her own fitness journey, using the knowledge she had gained to also get back in shape following the birth of her baby.
Alongside running ABF Fitness boot camps in Montpelier Park and working with her personal training clients, she is also a busy mum-of-three and in her spare time loves running and coaching her son’s local football team.
Originally from Harrogate in Yorkshire, Lizzy is a mother-of-two who was inspired by her own dramatic fitness journey which saw her halve her body weight. Inspired by her personal experience, she is highly motivated to help other people achieve their fitness goals.
Lizzy holds a Level 2 and Level 3 diploma in gym instructing and personal training. She runs the recently launched the ABF Fitness bootcamp in Pitshanger Park. She also offers one-to-one personal training.
In addition, Lizzy also offers a parent-and-toddler bootcamp to help parents enjoy the benefits of outdoor exercise while juggling childcare commitments.
Diane trained at the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica, before undergoing further training in Women’s Yoga Therapy and in Yin Yoga. She offers both Yoga on both a 1-on-1 and group basis and takes a holistic approach, integrating breath, chanting, meditation, movement and visualization.
Diane is also a Reiki practitioner and holds women’s circles, facilitates workshops and hosts retreats.
Austin has been teaching Pilates for the last 20 years and holds a Level 4 personal training accreditation. He specializes helping people suffering from a range of issues, including heart and stroke patients, as well as those who want to build strength through the discipline of Pilates.
He loves to keep active in his spare time, including cycling and swimming.
Alongside its core classes, ABF Fitness also provides access to a range of additional experts in a variety of fields including nutrition, osteopathy, breathwork & innovative healthy & wellbeing services.

Natalia Chodak (Nutrition)
Natalia is a nutrition coach at the Food Matters Institute, a member of the International Institute for complementary therapists and UK Health Coaches Association. Natalia loves to work with clients to try new approaches to nutrition achieving a happier, healthier life.

Mark Hodson (Wim Hof Instructor)
Mark is a certified Wim Hof instructor, a well-being method which, through the triple pillars of breathing, mindset and exposure to cold, among a host of other things, improves sleep, raises energy levels, increases and maintains focus & helps manage stress.

Eds Chesters (Osteopath)
Ed works as a mobile Osteopath, treating people of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions in their own homes and has been a member of the General Osteopathic Council since 2010.
He specializes in helping people with back pain and to recover from a range of injuries. Previously he spent his 20s and 30s behind a drum kit, playing, touring and recording with a number of bands, most notably The Bluetones.

Lidiya Ivanova (Breathwork)
Breathwork expert Lidiya teaches people how to use their breathing to regulator their nervous system to support stress relief, emotional release and feeling present in the moment.
She believes that breathwork is a hugely powerful tool to help people bring balance to their lives, creating transformational experiences for clients. Lidiya is also a life coach, offering 1-to-1 and group sessions.
