What We Offer

Bootcamps

Our fun, challenging and inclusive bootcamps take place in the picturesque surroundings of Montpelier Park and Pitshanger Park in Ealing, West London

We offer a range of times to suit our client’s schedules, running classes in the early morning and mid-morning, as well as evenings and weekends. In addition, women-only classes are also available.

All equipment provided – all you need to bring is a mat and water. Whether it’s 4kg weight or a 30kg sandbag, we’ll have it ready for you.

Each boot camp is limited to a maximum of 15 to ensure that all clients benefit from bespoke guidance on technique and keep everyone motivated and on track.

Sessions focus on fundamental exercises, strength-building and endurance development. They encompass exercises to both get the heart pumping as well as build muscle.

Each session is specially designed - no two sessions are the same!

Personal Training

Benefiting from Anja’s years of personal training experience, our personal training sessions in the ABF Fitness studio are bespoke programmes to keep you motivated and on track to meet your fitness goals.

Training both men and women of all ages, Anja will help your goals - whether that in strength conditioning or just building general levels of fitness.

Clients gain confidence and can measure their progress against long-term goals, while receiving advice and guidance on nutrition & maintaining all-important consistency.

Pilates

Our Pilates classes, led by Austin Lumley, take place during the winter months at our Pilates studio in Ealing, while during the summer we make the most of being outside to connect with nature.

We run small, personalised groups (maximum of 15) to ensure our clients get the guidance they need so that they get the most out of each session.

 

Yoga

Our Yin Yoga sessions, which nourish deep tissue & build strength, are held in the calming surroundings of Montpelier Park during the summer months and in our Yoga studio during the winter.

Led by instructor Diane, there is a limit of 15 people for each session.
